Nearly 400 children in Williamson County, Tennessee experience abuse or neglect each year. Courts must make difficult decisions about their future. Based on the belief that all children are entitled to a safe and permanent home, Williamson County CASA provides these children with volunteer advocates who get to know their situations and speak up for their best interests. Having a caring, consistent adult to listen and put a child’s best interests before all others’ can make all the difference.

Here's how it works. Contact our Director of Development at courtney@williamsoncountycasa.org or 615-591-2699 x2 to get the specific delivery instructions to our broker. Provide the instructions to your advisor or broker and determine which security you wish to donate. The advisor or broker will execute the secure transfer electronically. Williamson County CASA will provide to you a letter of receipt stating the date of delivery and the fair market value of the gift. Provide the letter to your tax advisor in order to document the gift for your tax return. Please contact your tax advisor to determine the tax advantage of the gift.
